Having graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA Hons. in English, Freya worked in insurance and as a volunteer for the British Heart Foundation before joining ASHA in March 2017. Her calming and positive attitude is a great asset for the studio and Freya provides much needed support for both the project management and creative sides of the business.
‘I have a great passion for creativity and the arts, I love painting and drawing with a focus on portraiture. In my spare time I volunteer at The Wilson Art Gallery in Cheltenham, working closely with 16-25 year olds on creative ‘takeovers’ of the space there. My other keen interest is for gothic literature and my pet tarantula is named after the author of Frankenstein – Mary (Shelley). “
