A Gloucestershire school is piloting a new programme to combat the impact of social media on student mental health. Newent Community School has already received training to run project PEEL – which was created and developed by Agency ASHA. ASHA has been working in partnership with the Diocese of Gloucestershire to take the PEEL project into schools.

The project aims to help teenagers express themselves through poetry and photography. BBC Gloucester reporter Emma Trim has been at the school ahead of its official launch to see what the students make of it.
